Benelli 600i Latest Update
Benelli’s new and modified Benelli TNT 600i has secured yet another concept patent. The new picture shows a kind of convergence between the two previous patents. Expect Benelli to demonstrate the new bike by August in China. The original intentions had been to carry the machine by mid-May but the preparations may have been postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak in China.

At EICMA 2019 Benelli revealed the 2020 TNT 600i but the engine was only Euro 4 compliant. The updated bike has a headlight with LED and turns markers, as well as a TFT panel.
Benelli 600i History
The street-fighter Benelli TNT 600i was initially known as the Keeway RK6 in March 2012, before being badged as a Benelli in 2013. Keeway was founded by the Qianjiang Group with its roots from Hungary to retail its Chinese goods in Europe while Benelli was successfully acquired in 2005 along with its engineering and design team. Although the Benelli 600i is manufactured in Wenling, China, it was produced at the Qianjiang parent company’s R&D center in Pesaro, Italy which supports design and production for both Benelli and Keeway.
As we learn, the Benelli TNT 600i shares its mechanicals with two other European motorcycles. The trestle aluminum pivot frame on the middleweight bike was taken from an Aprilia Shiver 750 while the engine is a Yamaha R6 pre-2005 model that was modified to produce 82 HP of power and 52 Nm of torque. Though the style happens to the prerogative of Benelli and not influence.
The Benelli TNT 600i is marketed in many parts of the world under a multitude of monikers including the Keeway RK600, Qianjiang QJ600, and Generic / KSR-Moto GSR600, among them. Essentially both of these bikes share the same underpinnings but have different plastic content standards depending on the demand. That doesn’t mean the Benelli 600i aren’t well made though. Yeah, it’s a mix and match here and there, but the vendors are selling a decently impressive four-cylinder motorcycle that offers reliable performance and is equally easy to do high speeds. Benelli TNT 600i is very good at it.
